Senior Product Designer

We’re looking for an experienced, self–driven, and passionate Senior Product Designer to join us on our mission to solve the root impediments that exist for business people to make more profitable decisions with far greater ease.  In order to do this a wave of innovation must be undertaken that goes beyond software as a service (more on that face-to-face :)). You’ll be working with some of the most talented people we have worked with on building a very meaningful business for many business owners. Your experience

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer
• Knowledgeable and experienced in design research and usability testing techniques
• A strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to design complex systems
• The ability to deeply understand business complexities
• Proficiency and comfort with Figma and working with Design Systems
• Strong UI skills that demonstrate proficiency with hierarchy, typography, illustrations, icon design, etc. are a plus
• Proficiency in using prototyping tools like Axure or Protopie - advantage
• A keen eye for detail and a pixel-perfect attitude, while also being able to balance and prioritize tasks in an agile work setting
• Strong proficiency in html and css, for effective collaboration with the development team

What you’ll be doing

• Take full ownership of designing workflows, from ideation to implementation.
• Lead the process of transforming ideas into innovative solutions by proactively taking initiative.
• You will work in close collaboration with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure that all designs are aligned with the company's overarching vision.
• Create wireframes and prototypes, to test and validate your ideas.
• Conduct usability testing to identify and address issues, improve the user experience, and validate design decisions.
